The public dress rehearsal traditionally offered by the Oise Philharmonic Orchestra with Emmanuelle Bertrand as part of the Beauvais Cello Festival will be given this year with Sébastien Hurtaud. This internationally renowned cellist, well known in Anglo-Saxon countries, especially in New Zealand, wanted to work on Elgar's cello concerto with the Oise Philharmonic Orchestra, with a view to recording he will soon perform this concerto with the National Orchestra of New Zealand. Sébastien Hurtaud knows the Orchester Philharmonqiue de l'Oise well, who had the pleasure of giving Beethoven's triple concerto in 2012, Pamela huratado and Frédéric Visconte. "14" Fresque musicale de la Grande Guerre
L’Orchestre Philharmonique de l’Oise souhaitait donner à également Beauvais cet oratorio pour ténor, chœur d’enfants et orchestre qu’il a commandé à Thierry Pélicant pour la commémoration de la Grande Guerre.
Il le fait cent ans après que le Grand Quartier Général se soit installé dans la ville préfecture.
l'Oratorio raconte la Grande Guerre en 14 tableaux, en la faisant vivre par l’émotion de la musique de Thierry Pélicant et des paroles de Luis Porquet chantées par Daniel Galvez-Vallejo
Ce sont les jeunes choristes des C4 de Creil qui chanteront les extraits des airs populaires représentatifs des principaux pays belligérants.

The choir of C4 is, like every year, our guest in this program
We always offer C4 to sing some of the selected works from the program.
This was to be the case of "Auf Ferien Reisen" and "Feuerfest polka", for lack of having found the words, these works will be replaced in Creil by "Trisch trasch polka" and by "Vienne, city of my dreams"

Les membres du quatuor Isara se sont constitués en trio pour interpréter une belle série de quatre miniatures de Dvorak, connues aussi sous le nom de trio "Drobnosti" arrangées par le compositeur lui même à partir de l’une de ses compositions pour violon et piano. Duos et solos sont également au programme.

Pierre and the wolf at Saint-Just en Chaussée on November 12, 2018
Pierre et le loup, a musical tale by Sergei Prokoviev, orchestrated by Thierry Pélicant for the Little Symphony of the Oise Philharmonic Orchestra, was very successful during its representation in the Departmental Archives during the last heritage days.
This encouraged us to put this work back on the program of the concert which was proposed to our little Symphony by the municipality of Saint-Just-en-chaussée. The narrator will again be the actor Martin AMIC, (photo opposite)
The program will be supplemented by large extracts from the Carnival of Animals by Camille Saint Saens, also orchestrated by Thierry Pélicant as well as by some works from the usual repertoire of the Little Symphony, always on arrangements by Thierry Pélicant:
Tango (Isaac Albeniz), Volver (Carlos Gardel), Liebesleid (Fritz Kreisler), Sad Waltz (Jean Sibelius), Love and Spring (Émile Waldteufel), Picardy Roses (Hayden Wood), The song of the birds (Pablo Casals), Extract from the Symphony in C (Georges Bizet)
